The room itself faces the back of the building, offering a pleasant and quiet living environment. The shared apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for daily life, a cozy dining area, a well-maintained bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, and a high-quality washer-dryer in the apartment. A particularly convenient feature: all utility costs are included in the rent, including heating, water, electricity, internet, and the GEZ (broadcasting fee).
