Our houses are fundamentally built with solid construction.
For example, the walls are made of solid masonry using materials from manufacturers like Silka or Ytong, even on the first floor. We consciously avoid lightweight or dry construction walls.
The brick facades are, for example, supplied by Olfry, featuring a special efflorescence protection.
