The apartment comprises three rooms: a spacious living and dining area with a bay window and an open-plan kitchen, which faces Ettlinger Straße; a bedroom overlooking the courtyard; and a smaller children's room or study, also facing the courtyard. A parking space, which is a duplex parking space (a space where cars are parked one above the other), is included with the apartment (75 euros per month). This space can be sublet if needed. There is also a bicycle storage area in the courtyard, as well as a storage room in the basement.
Location
The property is located on Ettlinger Straße, directly opposite the zoo. A tram stop is conveniently located right outside the building. All essential shops are within easy walking distance. The marketplace and the main train station are just a few minutes away.
