RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDER
You have the right to withdraw from the service agreement within fourteen days from the date of the agreement without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [Aktiv Immo Services, Voccartstr. 27, 52134 Herzogenrath, info@aktiv-immo.de] of your decision to withdraw from this service agreement by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or by email). You can use a standard withdrawal form that is available online, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will immediately and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs for a more expensive delivery method that you chose). The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees as a result of this. If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you will be charged a reasonable amount for the services already provided up to the point of withdrawal, in proportion to the total scope of the contract.
