Room number 3, approximately 14.5 square meters, is available for €620 all-inclusive.

This fantastic, square room is located on the south side of the house and is bathed in sunlight, creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere.

The other three rooms are already rented to three men aged between 28 and 38. We would also be happy to welcome a female resident to complete the team.

The apartment itself is approximately 87 square meters and is located on the 3rd floor of a renovated multi-family building with other friendly and easy-going residents. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher, and includes dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Even the microwave has its place.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy seating area, perfect for communal meals and game nights.
The entrance area is spacious and offers storage space and room for a wardrobe.
The modern shared bathroom features large, high-quality tiles. In addition to a toilet and sink, it includes a towel heater, a shower, and a washing machine.

The apartment is located in the popular district of Göggingen. Shops, charming cafes, as well as bars, restaurants, and pubs are all within walking distance.
Bus and tram stops are also only 5-10 minutes away on foot. This allows you to reach the main train station or the city center in approximately 20 minutes. However, cycling is very popular in Augsburg, as there is a good cycling infrastructure. This is often the quickest and easiest way to get around. By bike, it takes only about 10 minutes to reach the train station or the city center, and 15-20 minutes to the university.
If you have a car, you can reach the B17 road in 3-5 minutes, which provides quick access to various destinations.
