This simply furnished apartment is located in a former workers' residence. It can sometimes be quite lively here, and the building has more of an international feel than a typical Munich atmosphere.

There is NO storage space in the basement included with this apartment.

There are often various rooms available for rent in this building, and this room is currently vacant and serves as a basis for a viewing.

The motor road is centrally located. In 2 minutes, you can reach the "Anhalter Platz" bus station, where buses regularly run to the "Frankfurter Ring" subway station. In theory, you can also easily walk here.

Shops for daily necessities, as well as restaurants and cafes, are easily accessible, and the vast Olympic Park, which you can reach on foot, offers a wide range of recreational opportunities.
