We are selling a nearly 80 square meter ground-floor apartment, located in the main building of a former farm in the old town center of Hoitlingen, without any commission fees. The entrance to the building is accessible via four steps and serves as access to three of the apartments within the complex. Currently, we only use the rooms in this apartment as an office and guest room, as our other living spaces are located in the maisonette apartment directly above. This apartment is also for sale. If both apartments are purchased together, they would create a living space of approximately 200 square meters, spread across three floors. Both units can be connected by an internal staircase, for example, for families with a need for a lot of space, or they can be kept separate, for example, for a large family with multiple generations living under one roof.
