Documents: For the rental agreement, we require the usual documents (personal information form, copy of ID, guarantor form if you are a student without independent income, and a Schufa credit report - please apply now).
Security Deposit: A security deposit must be paid before receiving the keys, or a guarantor can be provided instead.
Responsibility: As this is a high-quality apartment for first-time occupancy, we are looking for tenants who will treat the new fitted kitchen and furniture with care.
