A separate, small area with two skylights, which can be used in a variety of ways:
For example, as a small, private home office area or for a guest bed, a makeup area, a fitness area, or simply as a walk-in closet. A private parking space in front of the house, available upon request. The parking space does not need to be rented.

The apartment is located in the heart of Zündorf. All amenities, including shops, public transportation links, doctors' offices, schools of all levels, and kindergartens, are within very close proximity. Public transportation:
The apartment is located near the end station of tram line 7, which travels towards Cologne city center. Several bus lines are also within a few minutes' walk, providing direct connections to the S-Bahn (suburban train) and Cologne Central Station, as well as connections towards the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg region. From March to October, Zündorf is also connected to the left bank of the Rhine via a ferry service, linking Cologne-Weiß to Cologne-Zündorf. Other transportation links:
Motorways in all directions, an S-Bahn connection, and the airport (also accessible by public transport) are within a few minutes' drive. It takes approximately 20 minutes by car, or alternatively about 30 minutes by tram, to reach Cologne city center or Cologne Central Station. Leisure and recreation:
Zündorf is one of the most popular districts on the right bank of the Rhine and offers excellent recreational opportunities thanks to the beautiful green spaces of the Zündorfer Groov and the Rhine. Just across the street from the apartment, you'll find charming streets lined with half-timbered houses, leading directly to the "Freizeitinsel Groov," Cologne's nearby recreational area, with its two inland waterways and the Rhine. The Groov offers plenty of greenery, large lawns with trees for sunbathing and relaxation, sandy beaches on the Rhine, a nearby municipal outdoor and indoor swimming pool with a sauna, a boat rental service, lovely walking paths, inviting beer gardens and restaurants, a mini-golf course, and the Zündorf marina. You can enjoy excellent jogging, rollerblading, or cycling around the Groov, with paths that lead along the Rhine all the way to Cologne and Bonn. Furthermore, Zündorf is home to a watersports club, a football and tennis club, a fitness studio, and various other organizations.
