The building is situated on a quiet side street in Schloß Neuhaus, Paderborn. As the landlords, we value harmony among the residents and a positive relationship with each other. We want to maintain our peaceful atmosphere and hope that new tenants will contribute to this. We maintain a good, often friendly, relationship with our tenants and are readily available by phone or WhatsApp to answer any questions. The apartment has a floor area of 76.12 square meters. The energy performance certificate is class A, dated July 27, 2022. The living room, which is flooded with natural light, has three large windows. The bedroom has two windows, one of which is in the sloped roof. The children's room has one skylight. The kitchen and bathroom each have one gable window. The apartment features a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. This beautiful attic apartment is very bright and ideal for a small family, a young couple, or as a comfortable space for a single person. Our apartment has been extensively renovated. The laminate flooring in all rooms is new. The offer includes a private storage room in the basement, as well as a shared laundry and drying room for all tenants in the building, and an additional bicycle storage room. We are happy to offer long-term rentals and are looking for quiet and responsible tenants with permanent employment. Non-smokers only. Pets are not allowed. Free parking is available directly at the building. A garage, with an additional parking space in front, can be rented for €70. The additional costs (Nebenkosten) are €130 and include a proportional share of property tax, street cleaning, sewage and waste disposal fees, building insurance, costs for the chimney sweep, general electricity, and caretaker fees.
