All the rooms have light-colored laminate flooring. The shared room is furnished and rented by us. Currently, you have access to a full bathroom, a shower room, and a guest toilet. The shared kitchen can also be used at any time for extensive cooking sessions. In addition, we provide a washing machine and a dryer for your free use. In addition to the operating costs, there is an extra charge of €35 for electricity and internet.
SHARED LIVING:
Living together in our shared apartment is very relaxed. Everyone can have their own space, but shared activities are also welcome, although there is no obligation to participate. Cleaning the shared apartment is straightforward; each person is responsible for their own room. If any stains or dirt occur (in the kitchen or bathroom), the person who caused it should clean it up immediately. Cleaning staff come at irregular intervals to clean the shared areas (kitchen, hallway, bathroom). The building has Wi-Fi, which can, of course, be used by everyone.
