The rooftop terrace surrounding the apartment offers a unique view of the Bochum city center and can be accessed from the living room/kitchen through three entrances, as well as from the bedroom and the large bathroom. Essentially, the entire apartment can be opened up to the rooftop terrace.
The elevator goes directly from the underground garage to the apartment's entrance door on the floor.

Vivawest has equipped the apartment with a smart home system that controls the blinds on all windows, the lighting, and a security system. You can see the bathroom with its bathtub and shower, as well as the guest toilet, in the pictures.
The furniture, as shown in the pictures, is to be included:
- Built-in kitchen (with refrigerator)
- All cabinets in the bathroom, bedroom, and guest toilet
- The large bed with ample storage underneath (to be fitted with a new mattress topper)
- Complete lighting installation in all rooms, including the industrial-style track lighting
- Living room table with chairs by b&b italia (!!!)
I am asking €5,000 for the furniture. This represents approximately 30% of the new value – excluding the b&b italia chairs (which are older, but still in excellent condition and originally cost around €4,000).
Optional: Sofa from bo-Concept (new price €5,500) - €2,500
Optional: Everything else, such as the TV, which I have installed wirelessly.
We can discuss everything, but as described, this is the general idea. Move-in is possible before July 1st.
Everything in the apartment is practically brand new.
Location
The apartment is located very close to the main train station and the Ehrenfeld district, in a new building complex completed in 2020 (developed by Vivawest).
