We are currently establishing new shared living spaces (coliving arrangements) in Cologne and are offering newly furnished, fully equipped rooms for rent in a 2-person and a 3-person shared living space.
The apartments have been completely renovated and feature high-quality furnishings – ideal for anyone who wants to move in immediately without any hassle.

Rooms & Apartments
We have rooms available in two different apartments:

3-person shared living space:
Room Type A (with balcony): €550 basic rent + €100 utilities = €650 total
Room Type B (without balcony): €500 basic rent + €100 utilities = €600 total

2-person shared living space:
Room Type A (shared balcony with direct access from the room): €550 basic rent + €100 utilities = €650 total

All rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, storage space, etc.) and offer a modern, comfortable living environment.

The apartments each feature:
a fully equipped kitchen
a modern bathroom
a hallway / communal area

The apartments are located at Sauerlandstraße 5 in Cologne.
