For sale: Cottage/Holiday home, 230 m², land 757 m².

I am selling an original house from the Krušné Mountains, requiring complete renovation, with a plot of 757m2, located in the village of Nové Zvolání, near Klínovec. The house is completely empty, and some groundwork and demolition of an unnecessary extension have already been carried out on the plot. The house is connected to water and electricity, and a sewage connection is ready to be installed. It offers beautiful views of the greenery on both sides, as well as the local church, and is in a quiet location, just 10 minutes by car from the Klínovec ski resort. It's also 5 minutes by car to Vejprt, where you'll find all amenities (supermarkets, etc.). I have a feasibility study available for the renovation, including floor plans.
