We are a team consisting of the landowner, who will develop the land to the highest possible standard and prepare it for construction (expected completion in Q4 2026), and the construction company (which builds approximately 700 solid homes annually and has expertise in the field), who will build the house with the highest quality, including all external features, and provide all conceivable guarantees and warranties.

Our goal is to offer an affordable yet high-quality option for living near the Baltic Sea and in a beautiful natural environment, catering to families, couples, and those who simply want to enjoy their retirement in an accessible home, or who are looking for a house near the coast.

You can freely choose from a variety of styles, from a city villa with multiple levels to a two-story home, perhaps with a captain's or gable roof, or a bungalow – depending on your taste, size requirements, and needs. The example presented here is a family home (e.g., with an air-to-water heat pump, water softener, etc.), and it includes everything completely – the house, the land, the exterior features (terrace, driveway, double carport), including the lawn – ready and finished! All you need are the keys! Of course, you can conveniently participate in the planning process from the comfort of your home. The plots of land, ranging in size from approximately 800 to 980 square meters, are sold directly by the owner, without any intermediary or commission. With a building density (GRZ) of 0.4 (plus outbuildings, allowing for 40% of the land to be built on), the plots offer a remarkably generous building potential, which is rarely found these days.
