The apartment has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The walls are mostly covered with textured wallpaper, painted white. The flooring (see photos) was completely replaced in March 2026 and consists of a modern vinyl floor in light colors. The flooring is in all rooms except the bathroom. The bathroom has white tiles. It features a bathtub with a shower, as well as a toilet and sink, all in white.
Please note: the bathroom is quite small and has a sloping roof. This means that if you are taller than 1.80 meters and/or have a larger build, the bathroom may feel too cramped!
All the doors are original to the building and made of solid wood, painted white.
The kitchen has a white tiled backsplash and includes an older, basic built-in kitchen that is included with the rental. It has a stove and sink; a refrigerator must be provided by the new tenant.
The apartment's own gas-fired heating system, installed in 2024, is also located in the kitchen.
Location
Overlooking the city park and within walking distance of the city center, with all its shops and amenities, the location can be described as very central yet peaceful.
A kindergarten, primary school, and secondary school are also just a short walk away. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are also within easy reach on foot.
The Lehrte train station is just 500 meters away. From there, regular trains run to Hanover, Braunschweig, Celle, and Hildesheim.

In addition to the utility costs, the new tenant will be responsible for the following expenses:
Electricity for the apartment, internet/phone, and gas for your boiler.
Since we live 400 kilometers away, short-notice viewings are not possible.
Viewings will be arranged by appointment. Before being invited for a viewing, please provide proof of income (pay stubs or similar), a credit report (Schufa), and a copy of your identification card.
The lease agreement begins on July 1, 2026. An earlier move-in date or lease start date may be possible after discussion.
Pets are not allowed.
