Beautiful prefabricated house in a quiet location.

The house was built in 1967 by the company Okal, and it was constructed on a basement level. A double garage was also added later. The ground floor features an open layout connecting the kitchen to the living room, as well as a bathroom, three additional rooms, and a guest toilet. The basement contains three living areas, a basic bathroom, and a party room. Due to the hillside location, the basement rooms have normal-sized windows.

Some of the house's features are original from the construction period (e.g., the parquet flooring), while other elements have been modernized at different times (e.g., the kitchen, floor tiles, bathrooms, and attic).

In 2022, the exterior of the house, the double garage, and the wooden windows were repainted. All windows have double glazing, and with the exception of one, they have been gradually replaced. The gas heating system is from 2013. The walls and floors have moderate insulation from the original construction period, and the attic was subsequently insulated. The typical heating demand in recent years has been significantly lower than calculated for the energy performance certificate. A typical value is 22,000 kWh per year.
