The city of Osnabrück intends to lease the restaurant spaces located in the so-called "Ratskeller" (City Hall Cellar) within the historic Osnabrück City Hall to a qualified tenant, through an expression of interest (EOI) process. We are seeking a capable tenant with a well-conceived, quality- and service-oriented restaurant concept, as well as a long-term economic perspective. The "Ratskeller" is located in a culturally and historically significant area, and a popular tourist destination, in the heart of Osnabrück's city center, and offers excellent conditions for a sustainable and economically viable restaurant concept that appeals to a broad range of customers. In brief, the property features:
- Restaurant spaces on the ground floor and in the basement of the historic City Hall.
- Additional office spaces that are spatially connected.
- A central location on the market square, with high visibility and foot traffic.
- A historically influenced atmosphere with development potential.
- Outdoor seating is generally possible (subject to special permits for the use of public spaces). Procedure: The selection process will be conducted through a qualitative expression of interest procedure based on:
- The submitted concept,
- The economic viability,
- The experience and references of the operator,
