There may be an opportunity to take over the existing kitchenette, or alternatively, all connections are available to install a kitchenette there. The flooring in all rooms is tiled. The doors are white. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Utility costs will be billed based on consumption and include heating costs. The office space is rented out without renovation, although renovations can be discussed.

Whether by train (Deutsche Bahn), public transport, bicycle, car, or boat, visitors can easily and conveniently reach the city of Brühl from all directions using various modes of transportation.
