We are a commercial provider of serviced apartments. Whether you are traveling for business, on vacation, or temporarily need comfortable accommodation, we offer high-quality, harmonious apartments – ideal for longer stays.

Our studios, up to 25 square meters in size, feature beds that are 1.40 meters wide. The space is divided into a living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom. Free Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning are included.

The nightly rate is €50 per night.
The maximum rental period is 6 months.

For non-business stays, the city of Berlin also charges a city tax of 5% of the net accommodation price, limited to a continuous stay of 21 days.
