We are a commercial provider of serviced apartments. Whether you are traveling for business, on vacation, or temporarily need a comfortable place to stay, we offer high-quality, well-designed accommodations – ideal for longer stays.

The studios, up to 25 square meters in size, feature beds with a width of 1.40 meters. The space is divided into a living/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom.
Free Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning are included.

The rate is 59€ per night.
Available for rent for a maximum of 6 months.

For non-business stays, the city of Berlin also levies a city tax of 5% of the net accommodation price, capped at a continuous stay of 21 days.
