We are a commercial provider of serviced apartments. Whether you are traveling for business, on vacation, or temporarily need comfortable accommodation, we offer high-quality, harmonious furnishings – ideal for longer stays.

The apartments are at least 38m² in size and feature beds that are 1.80m wide. Each apartment is divided into two rooms: a living/sleeping area, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. Free Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning are included.

The rate is €89 per night.
The maximum rental period is 6 months.

For non-business stays, the city of Berlin also levies a city tax of 5% of the net accommodation price, limited to a continuous period of 21 nights.
