The BASE.

Studio apartments, ranging from 20m² to 23m², located on floors 1 to 4, and featuring:

- A queen-size bed (140cm), Smart TV, desk, ample wardrobe, and other clever storage solutions.
- A bathroom with a rain shower.
- A fully equipped kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, two hotplates, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Access to all communal areas, including:

- A café/bar with an internal courtyard terrace, a co-working space, a gym, a cozy cinema, a library,
- A rooftop terrace, and a large kitchen for communal cooking with other community members.
- A laundry room with washing machines and dryers (available for a fee).
- Option to register your residency, and we will provide the necessary documentation for the local registration office. You will also receive your own mailbox.

Costs / Conditions:
- Book through Mietz and pay only one month's rent as a deposit.
- Stay duration: 1 to 6 months.
- One-time administration fee of EUR 199.
- Apartment category suitable for 1 person.
- You must upload a copy of your ID, proof of solvency, and your preferred payment method.
