Studio apartments, ranging from 20m² to 23m², located on the 4th and 5th floors, featuring:
- A queen-size bed (140cm), Smart TV, desk, spacious wardrobe, and other clever storage solutions, plus a balcony.
- A bathroom with a rain shower.
- A fully equipped kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, two hotplates, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Access to all communal areas, including:
- A café/bar with a courtyard terrace, a co-working space, a gym, a cozy cinema, a library, a rooftop terrace, and a large kitchen for communal cooking with other community members.
- A laundry room with washing machines and dryers (available for a fee).
- Possibility to register your residency; we will provide the necessary confirmation for the local registration office, and you will receive your own mailbox.

Costs / Conditions:
- Book through Mietz and pay only one month's rent as a security deposit.
- Stay duration: 1 to 6 months.
- One-time administration fee of EUR 199.
- Apartment category suitable for 1 person.
- Upload of ID, proof of solvency, and payment method required.
