Studio apartments, ranging from 23m² to 27m², located on floors 1 to 4, featuring:

- A queen-size bed (160cm), Smart TV, desk, spacious wardrobe, and other clever storage solutions.
- A bathroom with a rain shower.
- A fully equipped kitchenette with a kettle, microwave, two hotplates, a refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher.

Access to all communal areas, including:

- A café/bar with an internal courtyard terrace, a co-working space, a gym, a cozy cinema, a library, a rooftop terrace, and a large kitchen for communal cooking with other members of the community.
- A laundry room with washing machines and dryers (for a fee).
- The possibility of registering your address here. We will provide the necessary documentation for the residents' registration office, and you will receive your own mailbox.

Costs / Conditions:

- Book through Mietz and pay only one month's rent as a security deposit.
- Length of stay: 1 to 6 months.
- One-time administration fee of EUR 199.
- Apartment category for 2 people; the second person will be charged an additional EUR 200 per month.
- You must upload a copy of your ID, proof of solvency, and your payment method.
