- Bathroom with rain shower.
- Fully equipped kitchenette with kettle, microwave, 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher.

Access to all communal areas, including:
- Café / bar with courtyard terrace, co-working space, gym, cozy cinema, library, rooftop terrace, and a large kitchen for communal cooking with other community members.
- Laundry room with washing machines and dryers (for a fee).
- Option to register your address, we will provide the necessary documentation for the local registration office, and you will receive your own mailbox.

Costs / Conditions:
- Book through Mietz and pay only one month's rent as a deposit.
- Length of stay: 1 to 6 months.
- One-time administration fee of EUR 199.
- Apartment category for 2 people; the second person will be charged EUR 200 per month.
- Upload of ID, proof of solvency, and payment method required.
