Between December 2025 and March 2026, the apartment underwent extensive and comprehensive renovations.
As part of the renovation work, the entire electrical system, including wiring and distribution panels, was completely renewed. Both bathrooms were also completely modernized, including the plumbing, and equipped with fixtures and sanitaryware from renowned manufacturers.
