New construction: Maisonette apartment with a large balcony.

Our beautiful, sun-filled new apartment will soon be ready! The view from the apartment is almost entirely of greenery and mountains. During the construction of the apartment, we only used materials that we would also use for our own home. The breathable construction and the materials used regulate, for example, the humidity ideally, creating a healthy and pleasant indoor climate. The apartment, which extends over two floors, is accessible via an external staircase. There will be no shared hallways. Each of the two floors has a south-facing balcony with plenty of space for eating with family and friends, or for placing a sun lounger. The view of the mountains and the gentle sound of the Schlierach river make living here even more inviting. The spacious bathroom has plenty of room for a washing machine and dryer, and the bathtub is perfect for relaxing in the winter. The ground-floor rain shower is not only a highlight when showering, but is also particularly easy to maintain. Thanks to the modern descaling system (from Evodrop - without sodium additives or similar), cleaning the bathroom is much more convenient, and appliances last longer. Hausham is a municipality in the Upper Bavarian district of Miesbach. It is located in the heart of the Bavarian pre-Alpine region, and therefore close to the mountains.

It is particularly noteworthy for its easy access to the beautiful lakes of Schliersee and Tegernsee.
