Viewings of the apartment on the top floor (OG) are possible by prior arrangement.
The apartment on the attic floor (DG) will be renovated starting in July; viewings will only be possible once the work has progressed sufficiently. Both apartments are expected to be available in September.
To sign a lease agreement, you will need to provide proof of current income and a positive credit report (e.g., SCHUFA). We only rent to individuals with a secure and consistent ability to pay. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.
