This cozy holiday home was newly built in 2016/2017, on the outskirts of the mountain village of Schleching, in a cul-de-sac.
From the terrace, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Chiemgau mountains.
A conscious effort was made to use a lot of wood in the practical furnishings.
The living and dining area features a kitchenette and a seating area for 4 people, as well as space for a sofa. A satellite TV system and fast Wi-Fi are available.
The location is extremely quiet. The property includes two parking spaces, a garden shed for bicycles, and a sunny small garden with two old fruit trees. Hiking trails and cross-country ski runs are located directly next to the house. The Hochkössen ski area (Austria) is only 12 minutes away by car. The Chiemsee lake is 12.5 km (as the crow flies), or 15 minutes by car.

Here, you have the rare opportunity to register a second home. Of course, renting out or using it as your primary residence is also possible.
The kitchen and some of the furniture can be taken over.
