In 2005, the garage and sunroom were newly built, and the bathroom, kitchen, heating system (completely renovated in 2024-25), and electrical system were all updated. Whenever possible, we preserved or reused existing materials (pitch pine flooring, running throughout the house, and Solnhofen tiles). The garage features a large terrace with access to the garden. Adjacent to the garage is a workshop with natural light.
