The beautiful, white bathroom features a bathtub. The 25 square meter living and sleeping area has a large window front leading to the balcony. It includes a sleeping niche with a 140x200 cm bed, which can be visually separated from the rest of the room with a curtain. The 43-inch smart TV, mounted on a wheeled stand, can be easily rotated to be viewed from the bed, the comfortable armchair, or the dining/work table. The apartment also offers ample storage space thanks to a large wardrobe, shelves, and plenty of cabinets in the fitted kitchen. Bed linen, towels, an iron, and a vacuum cleaner are provided. The apartment has cable TV and internet access. The large balcony is a wonderful place to relax in the sun on the comfortable chairs and enjoy the day. The apartment is suitable for one person. The all-inclusive rent, including water, electricity, heating, and internet, is €1190. A second person could live there for an additional €100 per month. There is a small bicycle storage room for the apartment. A parking space can probably be rented additionally for an extra €50 per month, with some advance notice.
