A reasonable, stepped rental agreement is in place, providing security for all parties. The apartment is not offered for short-term rentals. The minimum rental period is 12 months, meaning the tenancy agreement can only be terminated after one year. Operating costs, including heating costs, are settled annually. You will pay a monthly advance payment for operating costs of EUR 175,-, which will then be reconciled. In addition to the monthly base rent plus operating cost advance payments, a security deposit equivalent to 3 months' base rent (EUR 1,500,-) is required. The security deposit should be paid in full by bank transfer to the landlord before or at the start of the tenancy and upon receiving the keys.
