The floors were renovated 2 years ago, making the rooms in the house feel very spacious. The kitchen, including the furniture and appliances, can be included. Several of the appliances were also recently replaced.
The small garden shed provides shelter for the grill and various garden furniture.
The house is well-maintained, and the previous tenants felt very comfortable here. We had no complaints.
The parking space is included in the sale price.
Location
The Aukammtal area is an extension of the spa park and the apothecary garden. A wonderful walking or jogging path leads to the city center or the spa, allowing you to recharge and enjoy the greenery while still being close to the city. Numerous bus lines and the highway to Frankfurt, as well as access to the autobahn, are easily accessible.
The house is located somewhat separately and set back in the second row, which is very pleasant for your privacy.
