Exterior: The property, which includes mature trees, is thoughtfully landscaped with features such as: a gateway and garden entrance; a raised bank with a sand dune; one parking space within the property boundaries, and one parking space outside; two terraces and garden paths paved with antique brick, and borders defined by boxwood hedges. A brick fountain is located at the house. There is a shed in the garden for storing bicycles, gardening equipment, etc., as well as an additional storage area for firewood.
