Outside: The overgrown property, with its mature trees, is divided by carefully designed landscaping: a portal and garden gate; between them, a raised bank with a sand dune; one parking space within the property boundaries, and one outside; the two terraces and garden paths are paved with antique brick. A brick well is located on the house. A storage shed (for bicycles, garden tools, etc.) is in the garden, along with an additional wood storage area. Features: The house is fully equipped and furnished, including garden furniture, garden tools, and a robotic lawnmower.
