We offer individual offices ranging from 10 to 45 square meters, multiple offices, or entire office spaces up to 355 square meters for rent, initially for a maximum of 12 months. The lease agreement may be extended if necessary. However, we are planning to redevelop and repurpose the building, which is why we initially offer a lease agreement until May 31, 2027. Therefore, the rental price is correspondingly low. All offices are carpeted and painted white. Toilets and a shared kitchen are available for all tenants. The offices are equipped with Wi-Fi access. Utility costs for electricity, heating, water, cleaning of the toilets, kitchen, and common areas, as well as waste disposal, are charged as a flat rate per person or per square meter rented. The rental is initially for a maximum of 12 months, as a repurposing of the building may be necessary in 2027. The listed rental prices are net prices and are subject to the statutory VAT of 19%.
