We offer a 30 square meter fully-serviced office space within our shared office environment (property management, architects, and data protection specialists).

The office is fully furnished and equipped with its own Wi-Fi access, suitable for up to 3 people.

The rental price includes office cleaning, coffee and water supply, and access to a large meeting room (subject to internal agreement).

You simply come to the office, connect your laptop, and start working.

A small, green garden is available in the courtyard area for breaks.

The lease is initially for a maximum period of 12 months, as a change of ownership may be possible in 2027.

The stated rental prices are net prices and are subject to the statutory VAT of 19%.

Parking spaces can be rented in addition for a price of €50 plus VAT.
