The apartment features tiled floors. Heating is provided by an electric underfloor heating system (with a separate tariff from the electricity provider, not included in the utility bills). Hot water is supplied by an instant water heater.

There is a dedicated space in the laundry room for a washing machine and dryer.

There is a ground-floor bicycle storage room. Additionally, the property includes a courtyard and a small garden that can be shared with the other tenants.
A parking space can be rented separately (25 €/month).

The kitchen will be renovated before the move-in date and replaced with a modern kitchen unit.
