The shared living/kitchen area, used by two individuals, is furnished with solid wood furniture and new Miele and Liebherr appliances. There is also a shared Miele washing machine and dryer. A bicycle can be stored in the entrance area – the former storage shed.
The enclosed courtyard garden, with a covered seating area and a small circular space featuring a large outdoor umbrella, is available for shared use. From the garden, you can listen to the Itter stream that runs alongside the property and enjoy a view of it through the arched opening in the garden wall, which is still made of bricks and provides protection.
