I took over the apartment building, which has a total of twelve rental apartments, on April 1, 2024. From the outside, the building still looks like a typical East German building – not very attractive. However, I am gradually renovating and modernizing the building. It's not all happening at once, but bit by bit.
The apartment being offered has now been renovated after the previous tenants moved out. The bathroom and kitchen have been completely modernized. Once the work is completed, this apartment will be ready for nice people who would like to call it their new home.
