A maximum of nine people are allowed to reside in the apartment. Before renting, proof of income must be provided, or, if government agencies are covering the rental payments, a written confirmation from the job center stating that the rental costs will be covered. Unfortunately, tenants with negative credit history (Schufa) cannot be considered. We are seeking a long-term rental agreement. Therefore, a contract will be signed that includes a commitment not to terminate the lease for at least 4 years. As a hedge against inflation, the base rent will be adjusted annually by 6.4%.
