We are selling, privately, our cozy 3-room apartment with an attic studio in Timmendorfer Strand, in the district of Niendorf on the Baltic Sea! The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has three rooms with approximately 77 square meters of living space. A large sliding glass door from the spacious living room leads to the long balcony with a distant view of the Baltic Sea. There are two Velux windows facing south. There is a fitting for a fireplace on the chimney. Room 2 also has access to the balcony via a terrace door. Because the balcony faces east, it offers a beautiful opportunity to enjoy breakfast in the sunrise over the Baltic Sea. We used Room 3 as an office and it has two windows facing south. It features a large built-in wardrobe. All three rooms, including the hallway, are fitted with high-quality solid wood parquet flooring. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2021 and features a walk-in shower. It is tiled with gray porcelain. The large window allows for plenty of natural light and good ventilation.
