We are looking for a new tenant to take over our 3-room apartment starting April 1st, 2026.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room with an integrated kitchen. There is no hallway, and there is a bathroom.
The standard of the building is generally simple, and the overall condition of the interior and exterior areas is satisfactory.
The base rent is 400 euros. The security deposit is 1000 euros. The monthly heating cost allowance is 200 euros. The previous tenant received between 400 and 600 euros back at the end of the year because they used heating sparingly.
Utilities, including water, sewage, waste disposal, etc., are a fixed amount of 100 euros per month. This covers all utility costs.
TOTAL RENT: 700 euros (fixed)!!!
Only your own electricity consumption will be billed separately by the utility provider.
I will not be undertaking any work in the apartment. If anything breaks, you will be responsible for all costs and repairs.
You are free to do what you want in this apartment.
