The storage units are secured with a robust metal door. The floor is extremely durable and resistant to dirt and water (coated concrete floor). All units are equipped with LED lighting. Storage unit "H" has a high-voltage and standard power outlet with multiple sockets. Electricity for this storage unit is metered separately. There are no power outlets in any of the other storage units! In those cases, the lighting is included in the rental price.

The completed site is located in the heart of the industrial area of Rottenburg, which is situated between the A93 (Munich-Regensburg) and the A92 (Deggendorf-Munich) motorways, as well as close to the B299 and B15 roads.
