The core of this network is an external combined heat and power (CHP) plant, which operates using combined heat and power (CHP) technology and is part of the renewable energy sector. It is a highly efficient heating system that also generates electricity, functioning as a small power plant. A motor, powered by natural gas, generates energy that is converted into usable electricity by a generator. The heat produced is then processed through a heat exchanger to create usable heating energy, which we use to heat the air and provide hot water. The energy consumption is precisely metered. This means that the system can supply the building, as part of the district heating network, with both heat and affordable, self-generated electricity. This significantly reduces the amount of climate-damaging greenhouse gases (CO2). This technology is complemented by photovoltaic systems that generate additional electricity from solar energy. This technology has proven to be beneficial in our company, both economically and ecologically. Therefore, we would like to offer you the option of continuing to have the building managed by the energy provider, Rapido GmbH, even after the purchase. This would eliminate the need for you to install a new heating system.
Current Usage Status:
The building is currently tenanted, and the tenants have been informed of the intention to sell. The tenants have been living in the building since July 2018 as the first occupants, paying a base rent of €855.00 per month.
