Project O17 is located in Bernau near Berlin, in the district of Friedenstal: four identical houses, each with three apartments – a total of 12 residential units. The manageable size creates a peaceful living environment with more privacy than in traditional apartment buildings.
Daily Life & Comfort
The parking spaces are centrally located between the four houses. A total of 12 parking spaces are planned; each space is assigned to a specific residential unit. In addition, there are separate, lockable storage rooms available.
Energy & Technology
The planned buildings will be modern and forward-looking, with Efficiency House 55 standard, energy efficiency class A+, and an air source heat pump to supply the underfloor heating.
Operating Costs/Organization
According to the concept, garden maintenance and waste disposal will be handled internally, without the use of external companies. A mutual waiver of the right to terminate the lease under normal circumstances is agreed upon for 36 months. This is an indexed rental agreement. The project is currently under construction; the estimated date for the first occupancy is October 1, 2026. Viewings are possible by appointment. The project will comprise a total of four 4-room apartments and eight 2-room apartments.
