The nearest train stations are in Aukrug and Hohenwestedt, approximately 5 km away, and in Nortorf, approximately 10 km away, all with connections to long-distance trains to Hamburg and Kiel, among other destinations. The drive to the A7 motorway is about 20 minutes.
The local schools and kindergartens are also located in the aforementioned towns.
Currently, there is no need for renovations – just move in and feel at home. The built-in stove can continue to be used; a permit from the chimney sweep is available. The gas heating system is from 2017 and has been consistently well-maintained, with no issues.
Viewings of the house will be possible from mid-March 2026.
