Thanks to its central location in Leonberg-Höfingen, you can easily take care of your daily needs on foot. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and a café.
The Höfingen S-Bahn (suburban train) station is a 7-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Böblingen in approximately 30 minutes via the S60 line, and Feuerbach in 15 minutes via the S6 line, or Stuttgart Central Station in 21 minutes.
The well-known Schloss Hotel is within a 5- to 10-minute walk. Stuttgart Airport is approximately 20 km away.
The highway exit towards Karlsruhe or Munich is about 10 minutes away and 6 km from the property.
