I am selling a charming smallholding with a lot of character, located on the outskirts of Rötgesbüttel. The property sits on a large plot with ample parking space and a spacious garden. The ground floor of the living area features a large kitchen, two storage rooms, a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom, and another room that has previously been used as an office.
